  1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


  1. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery to the United States is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Trimia d.o.o. accepts no liability for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.


  1. Shipping Costs and Taxes — All Inclusive

The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping costs and all applicable taxes are included in the product price at checkout. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges at delivery, and no additional costs added after purchase.


  1. Customs and Duties

All customs duties and import fees applicable to your order are covered by Trimia d.o.o. and are included in your purchase price. You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.


  1. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.


  1. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at info@trimiagloves.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes or accept liability for carrier errors or losses.


  1. Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Trimia d.o.o. is not responsible and accepts no liability for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


  1. Force Majeure

Trimia d.o.o. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or carrier failures.
