  1. Return Window

We accept refund requests within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To request a refund, contact us at info@trimiagloves.com with your order number and reason for your request.


  1. No Return Required — Keep Your Gloves

We want your experience with Trimia Gloves to be simple and stress-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you do not need to return the product. You may keep the gloves and we will still process your refund request, subject to the conditions below. This policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and eliminates the inconvenience of return shipping.


  1. Hygiene Exception — Important

Trimia Gloves are personal wearable items that come into direct contact with skin. For hygiene and health safety reasons, refund requests for gloves that have been worn or used will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


  1. Eligible Refund Requests

A refund request is eligible when all of the following conditions are met: the request is submitted within 30 days of delivery, a valid order number and proof of purchase are provided, and a brief reason for dissatisfaction is included. You do not need to ship the product back.


  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund: items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, items damaged due to misuse or improper care, and gift cards.


  1. Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable as shipping and taxes are already included in the product price.


  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trimiagloves.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. You are not required to return the item.


  1. Limitation of Liability for Refunds

Our liability in connection with any refund request is strictly limited to the remedy described in this policy. We shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to a refund request, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.


  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. After shipment, the standard refund process above applies.
